| Product arrived within 3 days intact. Easy to fix to wall and looks in keeping with other garden paraphenalia fixed to house. Swivels well in use when working in different parts of the garden. The click mechanism doesn't always seem to work correctly - sometimes it requires 3 clicks, sometimes 5 clicks to return hose after use. So far, however, it's easy to use and looks very neat and tidy. |

| After having the smaller one for 6+ years and having bought cheaper versions which were rubbish, decided to fork out again. Really pleased with the quality and ease of use. Having health problems at times it is hard for me to do things, but this makes watering the plants a pleasure and not a chore. |

| So much easier to use than a wound reel, when mounted on a wall it's out of the way and keeps the patio neat and tidy, it's a pity one is not able to have more than 20 metres in the reel but I understand that the return spring and casing would have to be much larger to acommodate more hose. Still, a very usefull way to undertake one's watering chores. |

This Hoselock auto reel works very well, the hose length could be a little short for larger gardens but I can connect it to my old Hoselock reel (not auto) which I have sited halfway around the bungalow for the times when I need to get total coverage, this also works effectively.
The non auto reel is longer but not as user friendly as the auto. |
