| Product arrived promptly, fairly well packaged. It was easy for two people to erect. The first time we used it on our terrace there was a mild breeze but nothing stronger. We found very quickly that although there was no danger of the structure lifting from the ground, the horizontal frame on the canopy bent inwards to such an extent that we needed to support it and then dismantle it. Had this product been more robust then we would certainly have reordered but, in my opinioin, it is not fit for purpose |

| Needed a gazebo for a fete & best one I could find after some research was this one on Amazon. Contrary to the longer predicted delivery-date, it arrived within 2 days. Roped in a friend to help erect & basically it proved as easy as reviewers have suggested, though the instructions are not brilliant & it took us a little longer than others have said (perhaps we're a bit dim). It's quite robust & there's a general air of quality about it but couple of niggles: 1) a guy-rope attachment quickly became unstitched & had to be fixed with a staple; 2) the nice (& necessary) carry-bag is made to be just big enough to take the gazebo (when it first arrives, folded neatly by the makers), with the result that it's quite difficult to get everything back in again & we managed to break one end of the zip in the process (it's double-ended, so it was actually no problem). I've knocked off 1 star for the niggles, but, overall, I have no hesitation in recommending this. |

| We were really looking forward to receiving the waterproof pop-up gazebo. It arrived quickly enough and the pop-up system works well but...it leaks! It rained the first day we put it up and water came through all the stiching on the roof panel. Also, when you collapse the gazebo, it does not fit very easily back into the carry case because the case has been made just that little too tight. We have e-mailed the supplier and told them of the problem and asked for a replacement roof panel but we have had no response to date. Very disappointing product and very poor after sales service.. |
