| I love it, my 2 yr old loves it, my 6 yr old loves it BUT I bought if for my husband who doesn't love it. He says he finds it to hard and give him a sore lower back. I love deep tissue massage but he hates it. I don't fault with the product I think its a preferance. I had a sore shoulder and after using it just a couple of times the pain was gone. I love it and even though it was bought for my husband the rest of the family are enjoying it. So if you like more of a soft massage rather than feeling your muscles being massaged then I would so no but if you enjoy your muscles being relaxed then this is the machine for you! |

Made up with item which is cheaper than anywhere else I'd tried, speedy free delivery, well parcelled and excellent massager. Am glad I went for this model (Shiatsu SBM-300H-3GB massager with heat) Perhaps I would suggest a pouch to put the control whilst I'm using the massager would help, as I presently sit with it in my hand, but that is a mere suggestion, as I cant fault the massager at all, it's wonderful!
This is the second time I've used AMAZON and would certainly recommend them. TIP: Carefully read the on-line instructions for a smooth, professional transaction like mine. |

I wasn't sure about this, because I'd tried a bunch of different massage chairs over the years with varying results so wasn't really sure if a cushion would do the job.
However, I'd been suffering with lower back pain as a result of gear I have to wear at work for some months, and it was getting so bad - in the mornings I couldn't bend over the sink in the bathroom to wash my face! - that I was all set to go to a physio (which I had to do a few years ago) but I thought I'd give this a try first. That first time the physio gave me a range of exercises to do, and the pain eventually went away after about 6 to 8 weeks - this time after using the cushion for just a few days, the pain was massively reduced, and I was pain free after about a week.
I'm not suggesting people with serious problems use this as an alternative to proper, trained, medical help, but for me, it worked. I'd have to recommend the version which includes Heat, and the 'spot function', as the movement of the rollers in the roaming 'up and down your back' modes does not focus long enough on any particular area - you need the spot function to really get the focus on areas where there are pain. I used it for no more than 5 - 10 mins a day and it's sorted me out - and pain-relieving results aside, it's also quite nice just having your back rubbed after a long day by something that never gets tired! |
