| The product arrived within a couple of days, it was really easy to assemble and is much quieter that i expected. It is no where near as good as the ones you go on in the gym or shops but it is OK for home. I do go to the gym 2 - 3 times a week but after 10 - 15 mins on this machine I am still slightly breathless and hot. Over all I think it was worth the money. It would be ideal for people that do not like to exercise in public. |

| Not entirely convinced this will help me lose weight. However, its invaluable for aiding sports related injuries. It packs a mega massage, and my achilles tendon (ongoing problems) was sorted out in about a quarter of the time it usually takes |

| i had previously purchased a larger type of this equipment and found that the build quality was quite poor, defects in manufacture meant it could not be assembled without me having to resort to straightening a fixing plate with a hammer and also taking the hammer to one of the tubes to allow the fixing bolt to actually engage with the threads, which i was not prepared to do. so i returned that item. i was quite pleased as in real life it proved too large for home use in that it could not be stored easily. i then went for this item, which is of excellent build quality, assembly was very quick and straightforward, the assembled item is easily stored under the stairs, since the rear tube is dsigned to be quickly adjustable in height, meaning that it can be put away in seconds. the machine functions very well, although it is only a 250 watt motor, it does perform well. the actual plate of the machine is the smae size as larger machines, but it does not have the plinth around it, so reducing the overall width. my only small criticism is that the upright tube does rattle a little when fully extended and on high vibration speed, nothing to concern me considering the excellent quality, all in all very pleased with it. |
NOT UNDERPOWERED!!

There are reports saying this machine is noisy, and underpowered. I am 16 stone plus and I have been running regularly for the past six months. I am not a svelte athlete, racing snake or even approaching skinny (I think you get the picture). I am however reasonably fit, as I run on a treadmill and cycle to work (when workload permits) definatly rugby player not sprinter.
I made the mistake of putting this machine together and did squats on it for 20 mins followed by further leg and upper body exercises. I don't understand how it works but believe me it does. That level of exercise without the machine was a normal work out but I could hardly walk the following day.
It is not noisy, yes it hums but no more than that. It is definatly not under powered as my chest and shoulders will show. It does need more exercise routines and much better instructions though. But google comes up trumps every time with exercises. The timer is a little hit and miss (30 secs is closer to 25, 60 is closer to 55 but 5 mins is about 5 mins!!)
Try it, it does work, but be carefull! |

Having researched the reviews and never having used such a machine I thought it would help both of us with fitness and injury issues. Did not expect too much for this price but very pleasantly surprised, it is very sturdy, made of quality materials and the assembly was achieved by my partner without a single swear word (this has to be a record!) within 15 minutes, using tools provided in the box. Only tried for the first time today but I would say you can really feel the effects right through the body. The manual is a little sparse but has clear photos of several different exercises which I will try. Ladies, it has specific ones for jiggly inner thighs and arms! I did see some comments about it being noisy but ours emits a kind of low hum, if you compare it to a washing machine then it's the wash cycle, not the spin cycle! The proof of the machine will be in the pudding (or rather the loss of!)but if it works this is definitely my kind of exercise!
